Our Booking Terms
- Appointments - To get the most from your experience, please aim to arrive 5 mins prior your appointment time, with clean lashes. Late arrivals to your appointment will reduce treatment time and this could affect your result. Arriving to your lash/lift appointment with oils or make-up will require a Lash Bath & Make-up Removal at their cost. Appointment confirmations are sent via via email 7 days and via sms 48hrs prior any appointments; please use these reminders to change any appointment details if required.
- Bookings & Deposits - Bookings can be done via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Credit, Debit, Cash and Gift Certificates available. 50% deposits are required to secure bookings. This amount will be deducted from the total amount owing, at your appointment. Deposits not processed at the time of re-booking, will be processed 7 days prior appointment; If there are any an issue, we will contact you.
- Specials - Please apply discount codes at the time of booking for our system to apply any applicable discounts. If referred at the time of appointment, unfortunately, we may be unable to apply discounts. Deposits are applied against full treatment amount and any discounts will be taken off final payment at appointment.
- Infills - Please choose your infills carefully. Booking an express infill when you require an extended Infill will affect your results, meaning your will require another infill sooner than usual. Express infills require a minimum or 60% extensions remaining. Extended infills require a minimum of 40% extensions remaining. If you have less than this amount, please book for a full set to avoid disappointment.
- Foreign Infills - Foreign Infills or infills of sets from another salon must book for the extended infills for 1st booking. We cannot guarantee these as we cannot be sure of the quality of the previous extensions. If the extensions are not applied correctly, a removal and fresh set will be required to maintain a healthy natural lash. This may be required to be done over 2 appointments, depending on time available. Late reschedule/cancellation fees may apply.
- Aftercare - Correct aftercare is important for natural lash health and retention quality of your lash extensions. A copy of all aftercare will be emailed to you prior your appointment. Please be sure you read them thoroughly and inform us if you have any queries. We recommend using our aftercare products available for purchase online or in store, for best results and retention.
- Allergies - If you have or suspect you may have an allergy or various to make-up, skin products and medications, we strongly recommend a patch test at least 48hrs prior before booking treatments. Should you choose to go ahead with any treatments without a patch test, we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that may arise. Whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be given in this instance. In the event of allergies/sensitivities, contact us asap for recommended care instructions. For lash extensions - a complimentary removal to alleviate reaction symptoms is provided. However, a medical clearance form may be required prior to a removal.
- Respectful
- Please be respectful of us, our staff and clients. We reserve the right to refuse clients who are verbally or physically abusive to any staff member or under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol. In this instance, your appointment will be stopped immediately and you will be charged in full for your scheduled booking, asked to leave the premise and the police may be contact. Associated appointment will be charged in full and refunds will be given.
- Cancellations Policy -
No-shows will forfeit deposit/gift vouchers associated, & be charged in full. Cancellations within 24hrs of appointments will forfeit deposits. Reschedules within 12hrs of appointments incur a late reschedule fee; fees are determined by appointment length. Downgrading or removing treatments within 24 hours of appointments will be charged original booking price. By booking with Lash Bar Australia, you agree to these terms for all present/Future appointments. If you wish to change or cancel your booking, we kindly request that you do so outside our booking terms.
Surcharges -
Card payment surcharges of 1.75% apply to all online and instore deposits/payments via credit card, debit card, and Amex payments. Saturday appointments will incur to a 5% Saturday Surcharge. Public Holidays & Sunday appointments will incur a 15% surcharge. Any applicable refunds will be minus Card Payment Surcharge
- Guarantee - With correct and careful before/aftercare and maintenance, your non invasive treatments will have the best longevity. In the rare event you experience retention issues, your Lash Extension, Lash Lift & Bronsun/Henna treatments come with a 4 day repair guarantee. Should any retention issues arise, please contact us immediately, and we will book in a touch up repair, within 4 days from your appointment. Not applicable after this time. Arriving to your appointment with eye/brow make up will forfeit any repair guarantee. Not applicable for Cosmetic Tattoo, Spray Tanning, Waxing, Tinting, Tanning or Long Weekend/Fast Lashes.
